CCCC held a Premium Chinese Cuisine Night at G.58 club in Raleigh NC to promote Sino-American food and cultural exchanges.

2. Feb 25, 2017
CCCC convened an annual meeting at the “G58 Cloud” Club to recognize colleagues who have made outstanding contributions to the community and chamber since 2016, in addition issued certificates to new members.

3. March 10, 2017
Charlotte Mayor Jennifer Roberts visited China with Delegates from CCCC, signed partnership city agreements with Shenzhen and Nanning, China.

4. June 8, 2017
At the invitation of North Carolina Department of Commerce and CCCC,
China CCE delegation visited Carolinas exclusively for 9 days and signed five memos with CCCC to establish investment funds, establish a comprehensive strategic partnership and jointly develop industrial parks in Carolinas, etc.

5.July 13, 2017
CCCC held symposiums with head of 13 regional economic development partnerships in South Carolina on a strategic plan of economic and trade exchanges between China and South Carolina, proposing the establishment of a Carolina-China Investment Alliance.

6. July 27, 2017
With CCCC’s help, a delegation from Jonson &Wales University visited China, signed collaboration agreements with New Oriental Cuisine School.

President Richard Yang visited CCE and SME association to discuss further cooperation opportunities. In addition, he visited Hangzhou Fuda Petrochemical Company and Tianjin Tengyuan Power Engineering Co., Ltd. to further promote the interaction with Chinese private enterprises.

President Richard Yang attended the meeting of China Overseas Fellowship Association and was appointed as the director of the sixth council and awarded by State Overseas Chinese Affairs Office to set up Oversea Chinese Service Center at Charlotte.

CCCC cooperates with China Telecom North America, provided special discounted call programs to local Chinese Americans.

10. (September-October, 2017
CCCC organized a series of business seminars. The first two lectures on Financial Management and Intellectual Property Law led by the Chamber members and FBI experts were well welcomed by the local Chinese.

11. October 8, 2017
CCCC held its first Mid-Autumn Golf Invitational in Pinehurst to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and warm-up the preparation of golf donation event for Allegro Children With Disability Foundation next year.

12. November 8, 2017
CCCC helped to organize the first North Carolina Asian Community Leader Reception, held by Lt. Governor Dan Forest at his residence. Delegates from mainland China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, India, Philippines, Vietnam and other Asian countries attended the meeting to discuss how to promote Asian Americans participation in state affairs, and offer advice and suggestions for the economic development of North Carolina.

13. November 17, 2017
With CCCC and local volunteers’ help, 6 officers from Chinese Embassy completed over 300 cases of passport renewal and travel document insurance in Charlotte, a record-breaking for one day volume.

14. December 14, 2017
President Richard Yang and Tianjin Branch Zheng Wei visited the “Going Global”, a B2B e-commerce platform set up by the China International Electronic Commerce Center of the Ministry of Commerce. Both parties signed a cooperation agreement that will promote the Sino-US investment opportunities.

15. December 15, 2017
President Richard Yang met with the International Sports Development Center of Tsinghua University to coordinate the cooperation of sport programs between Carolinas and Tsinghua University.」
